How does one restart one's life again?

My husband and I started a business and it failed. Feeling defeated and stuck. And completely clueless on what to do next. How does one start from scratch all over again? Jobs have been rejecting me because of my gap I took to start a business and my business experience is not valid or relevant for a job. I would ideally get back into business but I just dont knoe what to do!

Been there, done that, got a wardrobe full of t-shirts. You're young enough to try again. There's no point in starting again until you have a good idea for which there's room in the market place.

I'm in the process. I just got a "whatever job" so I'm making money and werkin. Takes the pressure off while I figure out my moves.

Why is there a gap? Can't you just list the business you owned during that period?

If you lack the skills needed to get a job you might actually want to have, perhaps going back to school is an option. You could get a certificate or multiple certificates in whatever areas you're interested in pursuing.

Lower your sights for the moment. You need something stable to build up equilibrium and confidence again. So get yourself a stop gap for now..😷
