Join the gym? Get active. Do 1 hour of cardio every day. Even if it’s just walking in your neighborhood. Cut sugary and fats from your diet. If you drink regular coke , switch it to Diet Coke. If you eat fast foods , get the healthier options from the menu. I don’t know about where your live, but Tacobell has an option called “ power bowl” that has all the healthy nutrients you need without eating a ton of fats. Start following people on social media who have the same goal as you, people who teach workouts, how to prepare healthy food options , etc. Use social media in your favor. If you can’t afford to pay for a gym membership ( even though I’d suggest planet fitness for starters, it costs like $14 a month) ,start working out in your room or in your backyard , buy a yoga mat, do strength exercises, buy a jump rope. You can even get affordable treadmills from Amazon for around $225.
As per diet, be mindful of what you eat. Replace sugary and fatty foods with fruits, veggies ( Walmart has them really affordable) . Choose always a sugar free version of the things you like. If you have medical insurance, see if they can cover you visits with a dietitian ( most insurances cover it nowadays). There are many things you can that don’t require Ozempic. It may take a little longer , maybe 6 months to a year to see great results, but with consistency and determination you can get there.
Also don’t focus on being a size this or that. A size 0 won’t look good on everyone. If you have a large bone structure it will look odd. So focus achieving a healthy weight , reaching your ideal BMI levels. So that way, not only you’ll look better, you’ll live longer. And have more quality of life.

@DearAmbellina2113 I don’t know if that’s her case, my advice is a general advice for people trying to lose weight. If she has the same condition it’s best for her to seek an endocrinologist to see if they have any options for her for weight loss. I know there are some FDA approved medications for that.

@SW-User i sadly do have pcos. Only thing that ever worked was eating 1000 calories a day or less and working out everyday

@IAmNothing I’m sorry to hear that, if you have medical insurance, my advice would be consulting with a specialist in weight loss, usually endocrinologists , they can help you better than we ever could. Sometimes even family doctors offer treatment as well.

You could check to see if your insurance covers a dietician.
Also, a lot of people think that being a certain size will make them happy and when they reach that size they’re still unhappy. A lot even feel worse because the thing they thought would make them feel better didn’t.

Okay, I don't know your height but unless you're below 160 cm, what do you need 110 lbs for? You can look just fine with 132 or even more.
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@IAmNothing I confess it never occurred me to google that. I would take it with a grain of salt anyway. I remember once I saw weights of X JAPAN dudes, some article from 90s. I found it weird. Who needed that information? 😆 A potential kidnapper?
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@IAmNothing I found this:
https://www.imdb.com/list/ls058587081/
Almost all of them are significantly shorter than you. I hope you compare yourself to women who are as tall as you.

@IAmNothing I know 12s who are not at all chubby.
You have issues.
And unlikely to be a runway model at that age.

Omg, don't we all. I totally get this 😆
I've felt more inspired to work out more lately.
Keep hyping yourself up so you keep working out and doing the right dietary things every day. It's easy to quit.
But lots of people stick to it. you can do it too. I can too.

And those numbers would be healthy for you I hope? Regardless, may I suggest focusing on doing the things you enjoy, exploring the world around you and spending quality time with those who fill you up and make you smile🙂
DearAmbellina2113 · 41-45, F
It is expensive. But damn, I'm getting it anyway because I'm desperate.
IAmNothing · 31-35, F

Problem is. If ur not a diabetic like me. Ur blood sugar can go way too low. Like I’m to 0
Get hooked on amphetamines like me and you'll lose your appetite for most of the day.
MethDozer · M
Save the Ozempic for diabetics who actually instead of limiting the supply and jacking the prices up for vanity.
IAmNothing · 31-35, F
@MethDozer it's not vanity if i need it

@IAmNothing want isn't need
