Can someone please explain this to me
So how come my hallucinations can grab, bite, hit, hold me down but I can't attack them back?

Oh, very interesting question. You need to learn the right attack, whether it be a bite, or saying no, you can't have me anymore. Show them the proverbial door to those occupying your mind.
