When that happens, name something u can feel, name something u can taste, name something thats real, u gotta bring ur sences back, take deep and slow breaths try splashing cold water in ur face, or eat something super sour or hot, something that gets ur mimd to figure out whats real and what isnt, if u see something scary or somethong u dont understand just tell urself its not real, it cannot harm me, I will not let it harm me. Being around others might help to
