Bad morning!

I went to hang out with one of my friends who is visiting from South Korea and he went to the restroom and I waited outside the bathroom, this was at the mall, but while he was in there, some girl I went to school with started taunting me and calling me names! It hurt my feelings so bad! But it made me so mad that I fought her there in the mall. She technically started it but I started the physical fight. My friend came out and picked me up off of her and threw me over his shoulder and apologized to the girl and then he carried me out to the car. He gave me a lecture about how I shouldn’t be fighting. He pretty much scolded me when I didn’t even do anything wrong but defend myself!

Yeah, but you are old enough via your own admissions that starting the physical assault makes you the one that gets arrested if the police are called, and sued for any harm or damages to your enemy. Not Good.

If she files a police report this time you could still get charged with assault and sued. Just not good.

Defending yourself is if you are physically assaulted first, not verbally abused.
