Time to face the music

I may very well have to leave AZ.

The sad reality is that I am having zero luck finding another job, despite the massive size of Phoenix/Glendale, and if some random grocery store or other low-end job doesn't give me a shot soon, I'll have to leave.

My bf has already asked, "How could you do that to me?" Well....what choice do I have?! Nobody is hiring me.

That's a tough spot to be in for sure.

I will say this... and you can take it for what it's worth. If you haven't tried cold calling or asking to speak with the manager to learn more about those specific positions, that may be worth doing. Emails and job messages get lost in the noise, but reaching out and calling would be a way to set yourself apart.

I hope something opens up soon!
