I need a really good cry 😭

I’ve wanted to cry all night when I looked back on my life. It’s not a sad story but I’m seeing now a lot of moments I could have done better or stopped letting my emotions guide me or just listened to myself better. I’ve been a ball of messed up for 20 years and now in my 40s it’s coming to a head

I cry moreso over joy/happiness than sad/awful

I did that yesterday so helped me lots, just felt very emotional

Most recently when I have found I have bonded so deeply with a friend that we seem to share separate trauma and it feels right to let go and share that moment with them.

Last time i cried waterworks was when my dog that i had for 15 years got sick and i had to put him down. Loved that dog.

I can share with you a recent event that will make you cry in so many different ways. It’s pretty intense so I don’t think so. (I don’t un-type)
