I’ve wanted to cry all night when I looked back on my life. It’s not a sad story but I’m seeing now a lot of moments I could have done better or stopped letting my emotions guide me or just listened to myself better. I’ve been a ball of messed up for 20 years and now in my 40s it’s coming to a head

Every stupid thought, mistake or misfortune comes back to haunt us.
But if we're lucky, we eventually find ourselves in a place of acceptance and growth. Hang in there.🤗
