Writer's block/Verbal constipation

Do something that scares you a little, do something you know you shouldn't be doing, walk to music that fills you not with anger but with passion, with fight. Talk to a random person on the street, or just sit and watch people come and go and wonder not what their lives are, but wonder what they're capable of.

Just choose a noun. For instance: "cat." Now, ask a bunch of questions about the cat. What's its name ? What does it look like ? Male or female ? Then, connect the cat with one of your story's characters. Is the cat old, or a kitten ? Is the cat sick ?
----So, just choose a noun, then ask the questions about that noun. Instantly, you're off and running. You're welcome.
