How do you handle criticism?

For me, it depends on my mood 🤷‍♂️. Some people don't handle criticism well at all, like narcissists.

First I consider the source, if I don't know them, I brush it off, because they don't know me. If I know them, and respect their opinion, I will either ask them what I could do differently, or agree with them and try to change what ever I'm doing to get criticized.
