What was one of the worst years of your entire life?

For me, I would go with 2008, and also 2020. The former was mostly my fault and the latter was thanks to the pandemic.

2020 to this day with no doubt. Also I was going to be promoted to a job that required international travel. 2008 recession voided all that.
