Humans have ALWAYS been prone to cancer, including brain cancer. If smoke causes cancer, so be it, but humans are designed to require cooked food, and cooking causes smoke. And nobody know all these medical interconnections until recent developments of modern science
Last time I checked, when I was inhaling smoke, I coughed. That moment, I knew it irritates my respiratory system. Had I been born in 130 AD, I would still have coughed had I inhaled smoke. And I would have still known that it irritates me from within.
Human beings are supposed to cook but they are not supposed to sit inside their meat. Why would I fry something in my cave when I could do that in open if I know that I cough when I smoke? You have started sounding illogical now.

It reminds me of when people assume that God created evil. Evil is not in God's character. He did not create evil in Lucifer, later named Satan. The Bible says that evil was Satan's choice, not God's. It says that evil was found in Lucifer's heart! Meaning that Lucifer made up his own mind to sin against God and try to take over his kingdom. Lucifer made the choice to sin. What we call free will and Lucifer decided he wanted to be God and be worshiped, so he started a war in heaven. We can transfer that choice of sin to this generation today. God doesn't causes people to sin. They sin by choice, and for their own choices, they cannot blame God. Sin is our responsibility. We have free will. And if we sin, we cannot say that it was God that caused it. That would be like me going out and robbing the bank and then blaming you. Utterly preposterous! As a creation with free will, we are responsible for our own individual choices. And the Bible says that sin always brings consequences. Period!
