Skeptics Are Humbled By The Anthropic Principle In The Universe

Again, science just keeps pointing to God and always will point to God.
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
So if the universe were not the way it is, then it would be different?

Wow, that’s deep!! 😂😂

It’s like watching an episode of the Muppets
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@GodSpeed63 If things weren’t the way they are, then things would be different

Is that correct?

Simple yes/no
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@GodSpeed63 If your bot programming can’t handle even a simple question, it’s obviously not very good. Then again, it has never answered even simple questions.
What does the order of the universe got to do with your analogy?
Your question refers to an analogy that I apparently made. Which one is that?

Or are you referring to something that doesn’t exist, so that you can run away from a question you can’t answer?

@GodSpeed63 If things weren’t the way they are, then things would be different

Is that correct?

Simple yes/no

It only points to god in those who have a fuckwit brain. You know, the oneswho are too stupid to understand facts and who read bullshit and believe it
GodSpeed63 · 61-69, M
@DocSavage
No, we could probably rip you a new one if we want to.
Do you actually think that would work? That's all you guys ever have is your efforts to discredit us and God since you have no way of proving that He isn't real and His Word isn't true.
DocSavage · M
@GodSpeed63
Why should we bother to discredit you ?
1) every video and statement you post is debunked crap.
2) you have yet to answer a single question put to you
All you do is advertise the incompetence , ignorance, and cowardice of your beliefs.
You lack the courage of your convictions. As I said before, you are no competition.
P.S. you still haven’t said what a light year is.
That’s game, set, and match.

@GodSpeed63
God since you have no way of proving that He isn't real and His Word isn't true.
You have no way of proving The Flying Spaghetti Monster isn't real and Its Word isn't true either. Therefore, by your own argument, The Flying Spaghetti Monster does live. r'Amen.
CountScrofula · 41-45, M
Weird that the God turns out to be Thor.
The anthropic principle isn't evidence. It's literally a fancy way of saying well isn't that neat. It's a form of pareidolia that assumes agency where there isn't any. Do you think Jesus on toast or garbage cans with faces are actual signs of God?
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@GodSpeed63 Read this very slowly, and then take some time to think about your answer

If things weren’t the way they are, then things would be different

Is that correct?
Simple yes/no

If it’s correct then it means that what we have is what we have, and it’s what we have because it isn’t something different.

That’s what your so-called anthropic principle comes down to... it’s completely trivial.

Of course, your arrogance is such that you’re probably assuming that the point and purpose of the universe is you personally. Sorry, I can’t help you to overcome that level of arrogance, and I doubt anyone can.
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@GodSpeed63 It seems that yet another arrogant creationist has been humbled by ithe inability to respond to even a simple question.

So much for magical entities and the lies that support them!
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@GodSpeed63 Any chance you could post another of these pathetic videos?

They’re great fun, and a helpful learning tool for others to see the deception and arrogance that underpins creationism.
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
You still haven’t told everyone what you think real science is?
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@GodSpeed63 and there it is... the immediate falsehood. As I said, disingenuity and deception
DocSavage · M
@GodSpeed63
Then why don’t you stop her from asking by pasting the post right here and now ?
We would all like to see one straight forward answer from you in this lifetime.
How much effort could it be ?
Sharon · F
@DocSavage LOL, now you're asking him to do the impossible.
DocSavage · M
I don’t know about the others, but I don’t feel humble at all.
Sharon · F
@DocSavage Neither do I
Kumbayakid · 61-69, M
It is true that the universe formed in a complex and unique (how unique? Who knows?) way which eventually fostered the creation of the elements and, eventually, life on earth (among probably many places in the universe). I don’t think the complexity of the universe, in and of itself, proves anything other than the fact that we can’t quite fathom the complexity of the universe. I don’t believe that a supreme being has micromanaged the creation of and ongoing events in the universe. That said, I’ve always been terribly curious about the big bang, and the fact that the universe and all of its energy and matter came from nothing.
Stopmakingsense · 56-60, F
Not humble enough to stop driving cars to church and polluting the air.
Kumbayakid · 61-69, M
@Stopmakingsense ya know, the electricity you’re using to post was almost certainly generated by hydrocarbons. Unless you’re Amish you have a carbon footprint.
@Kumbayakid We all leave a carbon footprint including the Amish. Some people have ENORMOUS FEET... some have tiny feet.
EuphoricTurtle · 41-45, M
Arguing that the universe shaped itself and adapted to life as we know it instead of the other way round is beyond stupid.....and that was just the first point 😆
redredred · M
The anthropic principle has nothing to do with superstitions like religions
SW-User
Which god does it point to?
DocSavage · M
@SW-User
I prefer Odin, he and his brothers were really into recycling. Making the Heavens and Earth from a dismembered frost giant, shows he’s thrifty.
Harriet03 · 41-45, F
