Depends what you speak of instead of just "disabilities" how about you ask more details next time

It's definitely the old testament, yes. But Jesus himself specified that the old laws were not to be forgotten until heaven and earth pass away.
But even IF we are ignoring these decrees because they are OT, the question remains because god did at one time specify that disabled people were unfit to be priests.
