There is nothing in @Pikachu's post that could be considered to indicate a belief in what is proposed. That is, of course, unless you only provide part of the quote.

He wasn’t proposing a hypothetical he was just making a stupid statement or a least one which is stupid to anyone who has any reasoning at all. But I know atheism is not based on reasoning@Bushranger
