Of course. There’s no guessing. God tells us everything we need to know, in His Word. For those who will listen and not harden their heart.

The energy that we are goes on and on. There is never any more or any less energy in the universe.

I believe in God and that, after I die, He'll explain me my life and why I had to suffer so much, so..I guess I do.

what is there to believe or not believe? NOBODY knows what happens after death. I do like to think, as hunka said, our energy does not die...I imagine a ball of energy floating around space or that energy mingles with all the energy...where that goes no one knows

Nope. As far as i can tell there's no good reason to suppose that you continue after the destruction of your body.
There's a lot of people who wish it were so and make up stories about it but there's no good evidence to suggest that it is true.
