Nope. Religious people have been thinking they're living in the end times for centuries and centuries. Funnily enough, every generation has this idea in their heads that their time and place is significant in history.
But they keep calling for the end of days and keeps not happening.
No reason to think the folks calling for it today are any less deluded.

All anyone knows for sure is that in about 5.4 billion years from now our sun will become a red giant. At that time either the earth will be destroyed or at least become a cinder. Sorry I won't be around to see it.
