I write it out here. I never confide in anyone irl that would just be worse

I’m trying not to hold so much in because I know it’s not good for you, but neither is letting yourself be vulnerable around snakes or putting my shit onto others who already have so much going on in their own lives. It’s just hard to find that legitimate safe place with another these days.

I'm not much of a confiding type person. I don't feel that need. Or want to burden anyone.
I may discuss some things to a degree with a sister or 'friend', but mostly I hold my own counsel.
