Who do you confide in? Or do you confide in anyone?

I've learned that confiding in someone anever leads anywhere good, so I just don't anymore. Not in several years. Life is easier that way.

Not confiding would be dangerous for me.
I'm an addict, Clean today (and for years) The isolation, secrecy etc will get me back to drugs again.
So, I have a friend who had walked this path and usually confide all my tricks and troubles, feelings, frustrations and elations too. Keeps me away from disaster. Feels light or relaxed.
But that's my scene.

@Domking I’m glad you have a friend to confide in.

When I was going through a divorce, a state I never hoped to find myself in, I had a small network of friends. both male and female, who could support each other.
