Do you trust lawyers who advertise on tv?

No

TV advertising is very expensive so one would assume their fees would be inflated.
"No win, no fee"?
I wonder what the statistics are for that tactic?
Surely the firm would not take on a case unless they thought there was a high probability of a win.
Be interesting reading the fine print.

My sister is married to a lawyer and has said she would leave him if he ever runs TV adds.

I’ve worked with lawyers for over 30 years. Some most of them I trust. The rest are shady af

What makes one professional advertising more or less trustworthy than another? A dentist an accountant and a tax preparer are trustworthy if seen on TV but someone saying they can help with legal issues is not? And what makes TV advertising the devil, what about radio internet or even the yellow pages?

No. I always seem sketchy.
