Don't trust anyone especially online.

My trust in human beings had eroded over a lifetime of experience with them. My trust is at an all time low, and I don’t expect that to change in this lifetime. I’m very much a skeptic and a cynic, as the outcome of dishonest, disingenuous, and unscrupulous people and institutions. This world, and its people are not what we are led to believe.

No.. I'm such a person by nature that I believe, and then when I lose trust, that's the end!

No, I find it easy, perhaps too easy. Occasionally the trust proves to have been misplaced. But I much prefer it that way round, as opposed to always assuming the worst about people.

I guess, but I don't put a lot of thought into it. My brain just treats it as a universal truth that people are untrustworthy. I don't usually interact with people outside of work enough anymore that it matters anyway.

Yep. I never know when even a reasonable person will just snap and shank someone. So I live with constant social anxiety.

I don’t have any online friends. I like to meet new people and I am open to doing so, but I do have my guard up mentally and emotionally, until they behave in a way that makes me feel that I can trust them. I’ve seen and experienced enough to let me know that in this life, nothing is off limits and shit can happen, any time

i have close to zero trust in people I meet online, I find it hard to trust people in general, almost impossible to trust again someone who has betayed my trust but I have a few close friends that I trust totally without the tiniest hesitation.

It takes time to build a trust. Sometimes, only a second to tear it apart.

In person, no. But online? Trust nobody. Because there’s no consequences online so people will do whatever enters their heads at any moment.
