@pride49 You can get a pillbox that you use to put your daily pills in. If you take your pills out of the original pill container bottle, simply turn the bottle upside down once you take the pill.

I know I always start a new sheet on a Wednesday,
So if I'm not sure if I took them or not, I just count how many are left in the sheet
