I don't know what to do anymore

i know it is trite to say that things could be worse, please look on the bright side of life, if you need help, seek it out.

It has ups and downs, it won't all be downs. As you change circumstances and you go through experiences it changes the outcomes that you experience. You can go from a world of shit to a peaceful place.
