I'd beg to disagree on that but I'd not discount your personal experience. I claim no connection nor fellowship with any man who does so. I personally grew up in a family with very strong women, so such an action is not only unthinkable to me, it's absolutely stomach churning.
I am sorry if you've encountered such. YOU DID NOT deserve it, and you NEVER will. Understand that.

Different countries different cultures in the people.
Not good to say all of a certain gender are the same, when there is so many different cultures even within any given country.
Your country happens to be the largest population in the world.
Are you familiar with all cultures within your own country? 🤷🏻♂

@DeWayfarer i heard an woman was the one who brought education for women in India.... no single men did that, some men supported her in her journey though when she brought started changing the cultural issues where women were not allowed to study.

@sahi81 the type of change doesn't matter. It's still change.
You'll find that all societies need change no matter what society that is.

She still started that change herself. The how or why doesn't matter. She still started it herself.
Nothing gets better until you start it yourself. And just maybe you will find others willing to help. That is a bigger start.
Going to a different country only changes the type of change needed.

Your own experience is coloring your view of relationships.
You’re bitter about it and shame on your abusers.

Hey. I promise most men aren't like this.
I see you’re in India. I hear it’s particularly bad there 🥺

relationships are partnerships, 50/50. Men that do that are small and weak but want to make themselves feel better by doing that . They are small pitiful men in my opinion
