All of my Christmas lights are fully down and put away for the year, both indoor and outdoor. And I am sad..

I feel you. I always feel a bit flat when they come down. It used to feel similar when I was in my late teens and one of my parents would leave after coming home to visit (they lived overseas at that time). Suddenly the house just felt empty. So much space with nothing occupying it 🫥

I like my lantern lights outside. I get to have them year round. Plus, living in country with no street light. It’s dark and surrounded by woods. I come home from work after dark most nights. It's kinda welcoming sight for me

Put up low-key christmas lights year round and just call them fairy lights lol.

I do the same thing - I put led lights in random spots inside and outside...and always change them around.

You're like my sister . She takes a LONG ass time to bring them down and puts them up even before Halloween is around the corner . It's her season .

Get the LEDs you can make whatever color you want. Leave them up all year and just change the colors with the seasons
