Are Sicilians Arabs?

No. Sicilians like the majority of Europeans originated from the Middle Eastern Farmers about 8000 years ago long before Arabs existed. The Moors did conquer Sicily so Sicilians likely carry a small amount of Berber, Arab DNA from recent times.

Sicilians have some Arabic ancestry, but really an Arab is someone who either speaks Arabic, or belongs to an ethnic group that speaks Arabic.

I can't remember seeing much on the way of evidence of the Moors in Sicily.
The word Berber does not refer to Arab DNA.
@samueltyler2 About what?

@SinlessOnslaught your claim that "she" is a catfish? I htink you can also report her to administration.
@samueltyler2 Thanks for the help.

Conducting research and making claims based on "Berber DNA" is unreliable at best.
There should also be evidence of Greek blood, if there are distinguishing markers.
