Birth rite citizenship is a constitutional RIGHT. Just as much is the right to bare arms or practice non Christian religion is.

It would seem that for our new President the US Constitution which he swore to protect and defend is an inconvenient document just like the "concept" of three co-equal branches of government...like during his first term he is going to spend a lot of time in court when the opposition pushes back..but that's his thing, no?
