I do, and I'm one of the only people I know who does. The shadow work I've done has been extremely valuable. Most people don't want to get even a glimpse of their own soul. I dive headlong into it. But I've discovered I have to take on this information in small increments, otherwise it will run over me.

But to answer your question, yes, I do admit and work with the darkest parts of myself. It's not easy, but it's worth it.
