Would you taste human meat if you were offered and it was morally okay?
Like if someone wrote in their will that they wanted to be eaten, and died young (and the meat was still fresh)? I totally would but also, I'm pretty weird. 👀
I've been vegan for 3 years. There's nothing morally wrong with consensual cannibalism, but I doubt I have the digestive enzymes. And honestly, most meat isn't that interesting to me these days.
@rinkydinkydoink I actually mentioned in my post that the person would have died young, because no one likes to eat old animals, of any species really. 🤣
@Ferise1 I would argue that favoritism in the animal kingdom isn't exactly the same as speciesism, e.g. I don't think dogs are more worthy of living than cows are, I've just been much closer with dogs than I have ever been with any cow. Don't get me wrong, I do like cows, and I am 100% against mass producing meat, but I am okay eating cow sometimes, even if I pet them too.
As for other people saying eating human is immoral, uncouth, or gross, I think what they object to is mainly the cannibalism aspect of it, but what do I know... I would totally eat some stupid person and pair their meat with a cheap hot sauce, as a last "F you" to them. 🤣
@Ferise1 I know, that's why I'm against farms where they stand in tiny boxes and all that stuff. I would never torture any animal, even though I am okay with occasionally killing them for food.
@Quimliqer I think it might have something to do with how much a person actually likes people. I love dogs for example, I would find eating a dog grotesque, however I have no problem with the idea of tasting another human being. 😅
