How can I feel positive about men again after only having bad experiences with them

Have you considered not having a partner and just being you for a long time until you find yourself in a mental space that is ready to work on, and or, find and create a healthy relationship?

Our exes say as much about us as about them. Do some soul searching and ask why you were attracted to those men. It could be something with your thinking.

It will get much worse from here. Buy a cat and some boxed wine relax and watch it crumble into the sea
