@SomeMichGuy i read in google that many domestic abusers had history of killing animals. 70% of domestic violence cases involved abusers threntening to kill their pets or even killing them or harming them.

@SomeMichGuy i think such ppl feel powerless in some areas of life, so they want to take frustration on others or animals whoever is easy targets.

Not everyone who feel powerless in their life take frustration on others, maybe many factors involved, how their mental health, empathy and enviroment they r raised or influences they r surrounded by.

@plungesponge i live in India, culture says to be kind to animals and avoid unnecessary cruelty,but still men here don't follow it

@sahi81 makes sense. I heard there is issues with public gangrapes in India. That only happens if the public sentiment tolerates it

@plungesponge public gang rapes??? never heard of them... where i live is a little developed city area , no one touches women infront of public. Men gang rape when no one is around, by taking women to isolated areas. Men cat call me secretly here bcuz they don't have guts to do it publicly... I might get shamed if i am wearing short dress but they shame men too if do it in public. But if they do it when alone, society might blame women, espeically if full intercourse... society blames women i believe.... Police might take action on rapists if the police offiecer is supportive towards women rights but if he is not, he might also blame the victim.

Maybe public gang rapes happen in uneducated or poor areas in india where there is no rules or regulations. I heard in uneducated and poor areas there is rapes based of caste-hatred.

Recently there were awareness programs near public areas in my city to contact local women help if anyone harasses women, even on online and public both

@SomeMichGuy even good ppl can't take care of everything... that's why i said as much as possible.... No one do things 100% perfect but some men are worst... 100% evil/self-important in their actions
