I don't think he was trying to kill himself but it sounds like being on ketamine was dangerous. I don't know much about ketamine but what I read on the internet, but he had to have known it was dangerous to be in the water like that. A couple of people have died that way, famous people.
@Spoiledbrat Ketamine is a party drug, much like pcp (Angel Dust).

@Wiseacre no it really isn't. It was developed for conscious sedation. Bit, it has been used for PTSD.

@Wiseacre Under very close medical supervision while in patient, Perry was not taking it under supervision, nor was he in a facility.
