Anyone else lose all hope in humanity?

Adam Johnson (the hockey player whose neck was slashed) was what sent me spinning down the rabbit hole. I can't even say why. Maybe because my son played hockey or maybe (and I am thinking more accurately) what a senseless loss of a beautiful human. I must get out of this spiral though easier said than done.

At the moment yes. With all the killing going on people getting stabbed just so some kids can prove there selfs to gangs. All the war’s going on around the World it’s like we are heading for Miss destruction
