As I have said from the beginning, no signs of asphyxiation. The dude killed himself:
results of toxicology tests with prosecutors, which showed that Floyd, 46, had a “fatal level of fentanyl” in his blood, along with methamphetamine.
Floyd also had COVID and severe “arteriosclerotic heart disease,” with one artery 75% obstructed, and “hypertensive heart disease.”
A walking heart attack with 2 overdoses

@ChadJNSD Why not a 'Person'? Human nature, sweetheart, to describe an individual on something that you can 'hook' their own identity on. So, for example, 'the guy with the big nose', 'the petite lady', 'that young kid in the shorts' etc.
We describe someone or something to differentiate it from other people or inanimate objects - just like YOUR Left and Right...

Chauvin committed first degree murder of Floyd and it was all on videotape for the world to see. The DA had a record of letting the slave patrollers get away with murder. Chauvin and Floyd knew each other and Chauvin probably thought that Floyd has been screwing his wife, which would explain the personal nature of the murder.
When someone sees a slave patroller killing a person in that way, why wouldn't it be justified homicide to shoot the cop to save the life of his victim? Isn't that the way it works in all other similar instances?
