That's a very good question. People lie for many different reasons and it's not always what's told, but the intention behind what's told.

I've known people who lied for many different reasons. Some people lie about themselves wen they like to keep things private...probably many other reasons.

But everyone doesn't lie all the time. A lot of people tell the truth. It's important to them.

Hoping that two negatives will make a positive and not understand that life is not a multiplication table.
