Here is what you can do if you do want some type of privacy on this site.
If you haven't noticed some are making a daily blog of sorts. You do that by setting up a collection and adding each post to that collection.
Yet if you want some privacy, set the post "visibility" as private.
What that does is limit your posts visibility to only those you follow.
Of course you'll have to follow others. Yet that gives you some control over your own posts. You might not want to block everyone because you're limited to only 500 blocks. Yet this will prevent anyone from harassing you without using up your blocks. Just unfollow those people. And or follow other people.
There's no limit to how many you follow. And there's a trick around the unfollow limit for those that follow you.
