If most people are good why most people don't take action on bad people and things in our world?

@Magicianzini I didn't share my opinion, this is what I've read about social behaviors.

It's not that people lack a backbone, like I said, if you're disruptive or yelling, most people either are afraid, or spare you (or themselves) from an argument, or getting in a violent mess.

@greensnacks I don't think I used the word opinion. No, just checked .. didn't use it. I didn't also say disruptive or yelling. I just said "raise my voice", meaning just slightly, but perhaps that was unclear. Excuse me if it was.
