@Roundandroundwego No, I mean you sound as bad as the worst Americans griping about Iranians or Russians. Engaging in stereotyping and bigotry. As if most people aren't just trying to live their lives. There are criticisms to be leveled, sure. But spewing vitriol and lumping an entire group of people into one basket is how evil gets justified.

I do not blame you for their mindset. I am saying you have a similar mindset. That because some fraction of a population has obtained enough power to support and commit evil that the entire population is evil. Once you get to "Americans are Evil" the step to "We should just kill Americans" is much easier to justify.
If you can't see how that logic train is the same as people who have been duped into supporting other international crimes, then you are also as blind as those dupes.

You are forgetting that the USA started out as a little country with only 13 colonies. The rest of the USA was acquired by annexing Texas, stealing land from the Indians in the west and leveraging the land-grab of Louisiana from the French. The USA also tried to annex Canada 7 times during the War of 1812 but the US got it's ass kicked 7 times in the process. Canada was the only land-grab that the US failed miserably at annexing.
