Do I have to be thin and petite to be called delicate?

I believe they are different things. Delicate is more like fragile or dainty and have nothing to do with a person’s girth.
@ForensicExpert well metric isn't my normal range of measurements; in the group of people accused of using every other possible item to measure in its place (which isn't completely wrong), but I think <2cm is less than an inch which is just about the width of my thumb in relatively relatable physical terms.
