So I got stuck in an elevator today! and I had to press the emergency button

Crazy! First time. I wasn't even scared I kinda had a feeling it was going to happen sooner or later.

I was like "yep if I die so be it, everybody dies eventually"... "it might hurt really bad but then it will be over eventually I'm not scared of death or what's on the other side"

I knew though that things were going to be ok.

@smiler2012 Oh I see yeah I had those thoughts and also I was thinking what if I run out of air but there was an air vent thankfully.

I been through several panic attacks recently that I've pretty much mastered panic at this point.

That’s a huge fear of mine… I’m not a big fan of elevators, and if it pauses too long at any point my heart begins to pound. I would be a lunatic haha. How long were you in there for?

@WaryWitchWandering About 10 minutes but I figured also that today's elevators have several safety mechanism so that helped me keep it calm.
