How the hell do I even talk to or relate to grown men

I'm gonna be completely honest here. I am myself a 30 year old man but I feel intimidated by other men. I guess you could say I lack trust.

I guess since I'm 5'5 in height, some or most of these men around me looking f"cking scary. Maybe it's the city I'm in but they don't seem approachable or like I could ever be friends with any of them.

I remember growing up my peers where more younger and innocent looking like me but now I am surrounded by all these strange grown men when I go about the city.

I guess deep down I have big insecurities as a man but I'm sure I'm not the only one.

The world is another different experience for a short guy living in a multicultural city.

Masculinity can be a strange thing sometimes.

Besides my dad and my brother I don't really talk to many guys in real life. I don't really have friends.

Height isonly oneaspect of a person. You have many things you can control beyond it.
Don't let what youthinkothersthink of you dictate how you feel about yourself. Instead, focus on exuding your best qualities. Act confident even if you don't particularly feel it, in time it will become part of your persona. Others will be drawn to you if you are friendly and you'll begin to realise that whatever our physical attributes may be, it's who we are inside that counts.. Hope this helps.
