I need to lose weight…

and I don't want to. Never was big on rules, regulations, constraints…

I could also benefit from losing about 25 pounds. I've been my current weight for years. I was looking at my suits and trousers and I can no longer get in them. They are in excellent condition so I will have to donate them somewhere since I don't know anyone I can give them to.

i am doing keto . and also short fast which means you eat all your meals in a 6 hour time period. i do 10am to 4pm. it works .. keto is well read it for your self best diet there is.

You don't need a bat, they have bats and helmets right there. Show up, pay the coinage or tickets or whatever, and become a ball player, kinda.

It’s not about rules it’s for your health, low carbs seems to work for me plus keeping active all day

Cut out carbs and sugar. Focus on proteins (steak, chicken, tuna, etc.) and vegetables.
Exercise every day for 30 minutes. Don’t eat late.

It’s harder for women to lose weight, but that focus should lose you 10lbs minimum every month for three months. Then adjust your diet accordingly to maintain. It’s pretty easy to accomplish.

At your age what's the point? In 10 years time they'll put you on a high calorie diet anyway..
@Thevy29 It is to help me do better as my disease progresses. Lower blood sugar.

I want to loose half my weight but I don't know how to do it or start. I am going to see a doctor first so I can figure things out. I heard drinking water helps and water fasting or fasting. I thought about making a routine meal plan.
