Cut out carbs and sugar. Focus on proteins (steak, chicken, tuna, etc.) and vegetables.
Exercise every day for 30 minutes. Don’t eat late.
It’s harder for women to lose weight, but that focus should lose you 10lbs minimum every month for three months. Then adjust your diet accordingly to maintain. It’s pretty easy to accomplish.
