Why do humans despise self-driving cars when the average human drive as if they are drunk, blind, or not too bright?

Oster1 · M
For me, it’s because self driving cars, will eventually take our own personal driving autonomy away. We will not be allowed to drive or the freedom to go where we want to. Post WW2 was built upon the interstate highways and the automobile.
@Oster1 echos you

Because it will be an "Average human" who will think they can do maintenance on them them selves.

I'm kind of a back seat driver. If you don't listen I can't tell you how to drive

I'm looking forward to them. I don't wanna be responsible for wiping out a family.

I like the concept, and I 100% believe it's doable, but it will take some time to get there and to build trust in it.
