I can't stand content spamming on YouTube, especially when channels I'm subscribed to do it

A couple I'm subscribed to used to upload new content on a fairly consistent schedule, even if it might've taken days or over a week for them to upload, it would always be quality material that would increase their subscriber base. Now they upload a lot more frequently, but when they do, it's mainly lengthy compilations of old videos and seems only every other upload is a video that's actually new. Not sure if they're running out of ideas or just plain greedy, but it's frickin' annoying and I may just have to unsubscribe if they keep it up. Always sucks to see once-great content creators fall off and just resort to spam, if not crappy content.
