The perfect baked potato is oven roasted low and slow at 300F, with an oven probe thermometer set at 205F. I love a good baked potato with the works, skin and all.

@NativePortlander1970 I have been really into the Yukon gold , it is delicious as a baked potato or mashed potatoes ; they are creamy and so flavorful!
