I think he will be another Besotted Duke. While he has some talents, plenty of resources, they can be wasted on high stake moves.
There is also the matter of priorities. Just because someone has the skills, that doesn't mean they will necessarily use them to serve their country over their own interests.

@Miram My theory is that Musk is all about crafting his vision for the future of humanity, and he sees this role as a means to effectively eliminate anything that stands in his way. For all his recent exploits into politics, he's always struck me as a futurist first.
Maybe I'm wrong, but without a functioning government to accomplish things, people will eventually have to turn to the private sector, and at that point these billionaires get to call the shots

Huizong of Song was extravagant and unrestrained in spending, made unilateral decisions and undermined the financial and operational stability of his state over idealism. He neglected core responsibilities as a ruler in favor of personal projects and left a court vulnerable to systemic failures and personal conflicts. He concentrated power without adequate oversight, and it erode accountability. Much like how Musk is behaving. Different passions,same methods.
