Is Twitter doomed now that Elon took over?

Twitter has been in a downward spiral for a while now. His purchase may cause a spike in users/user interaction, but it's unlikely it would be sustainable.

I kind of think that it IS doomed. There is a lot of dislike for Elon Musk. Also, people tend to dislike change, and Musk is promising nothing but change.

He doesn't lose money.
