No idea, if it’s not someone I already have in my contacts list. I simply don’t answer anymore
Fluffybull · F
@NewBeginnings7790 Same here. They can leave a voicemail. If they don't, chances are they're dodgy.
NewBeginnings7790 · 41-45, F
@Fluffybull Yup, or even a text then I can decide if I want to actually call them back or not.

Zero.
I don't pick any numbers I do not recognise.

@SW-User unfortunately I get work calls on my cell from too many places it's hard for me to tell if it's a legit call or spam

SW-User
@SlippingAway ah that's unfortunate. How many spam calls do you get?
@SW-User a couple a day. I think someone sold my number probably

I can't get hold of Magic Jack so they can tell me my account number, which I've lost. Without my account number I can't block spam calls. I would say I receive anywhere from 4 to 10 per day.

Last number were several per day. The new number is rare.

I keep my land line off the hook and my cell silenced because I get so many. It's insidious.

None. I don't answer if I don't know who's calling. If I don't answer they need to leave a message. Most don't.

It's cyclical. And they tend to swarm, like it is a pack circling the herd.
Got a new all time favorite yesterday. I won $2.8 million from the Publisher's Clearinghouse (on an entry I never made), and all I need to do is call them back with my tax info such as SSA number, bank account number, credit card numbers, etc. How dumb do they think we are? An actual computer recording left on my answering machine because I don't answer calls from unfamiliar numbers anymore. Not worth the effort. Can't imagine how it is worth the marketing spammers time anymore either. The hackers fisching for a sucker -- I guess you only need one.
