Either YouTube links or, as we found out with trying to put up our daughter's musical videos, you have to have it already uploaded, so on your google account/youtube account/et al and use the link from there to paste it on.

You might want to try a different browser, some settings in Firefox for example don't allow SW's video upload function to work (in spite of literally no other video upload site having problems with the same Firefox settings)

Nah it's free and easy really. I normally just copy and paste YouTube links
